The Evidence Packages

The complete documents behind everything this site publishes — one click each, in full. Nothing here is summarized into existence: these are the packages themselves.

Every claim on this site traces to a document. This page is where the documents live: the audits and reconstructions in full, the will as produced, the coroner package as released, and the instruments as delivered.

The audits & reconstructions

The Filings Audit

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 111 KB

All 97 filings — 75 Longo, 22 Ceylan — enumerated one by one and graded against what came back: 29 with receipt proof, 21 with any written response, exactly 4 substantive determinations (all complaint-level) and one procedural one, and none on any court instrument. Under the filer's classification, 90 of 97 stand as non-responses. This is the document the whole site stands on.

The Habeas Chain Reconstruction

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 35 KB

The writ's path, document by document, from December 26, 2025 to February 26, 2026: the December filings, the January 5 and January 15 staff refusals, the January 27 custody-ground denial, the January 28 endorsement — and the point where Dorsey enters the record: in the filer's own reply of January 28, not in the court's letter of January 27.

The Endorsements' Chain of Custody — and the Section 1(2) Check

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 45 KB

How the Carroccia and Hebner endorsements reached the filer, what accompanied them, whether any assignment of the filer's February demands from one judge to the other exists anywhere (it does not — an honest null), and the statutory-notice check: the eight header-verified copies of the habeas instruments that reached the Attorney General of Ontario, against a record in which no document mentions the Habeas Corpus Act's section 1(2) notice at all.

The Three Denials — the CJC Letters Reviewed

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 59 KB

The Canadian Judicial Council's three decision letters of September 16, 2026 (file 26-0430) read whole: what they decide — the conduct complaints only — and what they never touch: the filer's indigence, his Registry history, the substance of his filings. Plus the fourth denial (file 25-1065, February 10, 2026), the Supreme Court Registry's own four letters, and the correction of an error in earlier summaries of this record.

Proof and Sworn Duties

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 17 KB

The oaths the offices swore and the clocks the law sets, measured against the record — and the honest null at the centre of it: no oath of office contains a reply timeline. The timelines live in statute, in published standards, and in mandamus doctrine, and this report names each one where it lives.

The LECA Review

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 7 KB

The Law Enforcement Complaints Agency's September 15, 2026 refusal of police complaint E-202606011107233651, taken apart finding by finding: a file misstated as "12 months old," a court record relied on that was never made, an addressee block that misprints the filer's own address — and no investigative act recorded anywhere in it.

The Victims Fund

The Canadians Victimized Abroad Fund Package + Supplement 1

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 4 KB + 3 KB

The Fund application of March 17, 2026 — $105,000 — has had no decision and no payment in more than seven months. The package, delivered to five federal doors, demands the decision over a name, the program's payment record year by year or a certified absence of one, the accounting, and the program's status. Supplement 1 states the filer's qualification head by head. Section 4 of the package quotes the filer's Closed Loop study of the complaint system; the study's standalone document was not located in the archive — its figures stand as quoted in the package, and are the filer's.

The Ceylan matter

The Will of Rafi Ceylan — As Produced

PDF · 12 pages · 1.3 MB · the document as produced to the family

A photocopier scan created April 3, 2017 — nine months after Rafi Ceylan's death on July 16, 2016 — watermarked COPY throughout. On its face it leaves everything to the widow, Ivana; Rafi's mother Betty, his twin sister Lucy, and his brother Armin are named nowhere in it. Its execution is dated November 11, 2007. The family's position — that Ivana was to receive nothing under the will and separation agreement the filer read for years — and the forgery indicators the family counts are set out in the dig below.

The Coroner & Will Dig

October 27, 2026 · Markdown text · 32 KB

Who held the Chief Coroner of Ontario's office at every date that matters — Dr. Dirk Huyer, continuously since 2014, proven from Ontario's own Orders in Council, though his name appears nowhere in the Ceylan file. The will's provenance (one document, two byte-identical copies). And the production record: what the coroner's office released on May 10, 2019, and what has never been produced — the complete investigation file for Coroner Case 2016-8196, the complete toxicology file for CFS Case 2016-001036, and the Cardiology Genetics Report the release letter names as an enclosure.

The Coroner Package — As Released to the Family

Image scans, as received · Part 1 (1.7 MB) · Part 2 (2.7 MB) · Part 3 (2.2 MB)

The paper set itself: the post-mortem examination report; the Coroner's Investigation Statement — released unsigned and undated by the coroner; the Centre of Forensic Sciences toxicology file 2016-001036; and the regional supervising coroner's email circulating the post-mortem and toxicology reports to the widow, through the drafting lawyer, with the line "The post-mortem report came in yesterday." Part 3 carries the filer's own annotation flagging strychnine among the listed poisons; the family's record states strychnine was never on the tested panel. One unrelated court document — Ontario Court of Appeal reasons of October 5, 2017 — is bound into Part 1, as the set reached the family.

The instruments of October 27, 2026

The Interim Payment Demand and The Choice Letter

Published in full as pages on this site · delivered October 27, 2026, 11:08 p.m. EDT

The demand on the Attorney General of Canada — interim payment of not less than CAD $54,000,000 and a certificate, within 24 hours of delivery — with its delivery record, including the departmental gateway's rejection of the Attorney General's own published address. And the open letter that followed it the same night: the record now before his office, and the two ways an office can answer it.

Drafts, labelled as drafts

Produce the Written Order — or Restore for Trial Draft — not sent

Draft of October 27, 2026 · Markdown text

The demand, built and not yet fired, that the written dismissal order for the 2021 Windsor matter (Court File 21-845) be produced — or, if none exists, that the matter be restored for trial. Published here as a draft, under the filer's rule that a ready draft is never left unnamed.

Custody

Each document above is a copy of the filer's own record, published by the filer. The archive holds more than this page lists — the complete scan sets, the recordings census, and the working files are inventoried in the documents themselves, and the filer has stated throughout: everything cited exists in writing and can be produced.
