# CHIEF CORONER & WILL DIG — Rafi Ceylan matter
### Dug 2026-10-27 (EDT) · Record-first · Verbatim quotes with sources · An honest null is stated as a null
### Frank's instruction (Oct 27, 14:32): "Go review again the chief coroner's name — plays a vital role every time you question or doubt you must dive deeper." Plus: find the will and the separation agreement terms.

**Layer rule used throughout:** what a document says is quoted as the document; what Frank or Lucy states is quoted as their statement; AI-corpus text is labelled AI text. The three are never merged.

# DIG 1 — THE CHIEF CORONER OF ONTARIO

## 1(b) ANSWER FIRST — WHO HELD THE OFFICE (2016 · 2019 · 2026)

**One man held the office at all three dates: Dr. Dirk Webster Huyer.**

| Date | Holder | Source |
|---|---|---|
| July 16, 2016 (Rafi's death, Coroner Case 2016-8196) | **Dr. Dirk Huyer** | Appointed March 2014 — OCC's own page (ontario.ca): "In March 2014, Dr. (Doctor) Dirk Huyer was appointed Chief Coroner for Ontario." |
| May 10, 2019 (coroner package released to the family) | **Dr. Dirk Huyer** | Reappointed by Order in Council 636/2017, effective April 1, 2017, term not to exceed three years (recited in O.C. 514/2020, ontario.ca). |
| October 2026 (today) | **Dr. Dirk Huyer** | Further reappointed by **Order in Council 359/2026** (approved and ordered March 12, 2026): "Dr. (Doctor) Dirk Webster Huyer is hereby further reappointed as Chief Coroner for Ontario … effective from the later of April 1, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made," term not to exceed three years. He signs as Chief Coroner on an OCC memorandum dated **August 25, 2026** (OCC memo C26-139, "FROM: Dirk Huyer, MD, Chief Coroner for Ontario"). Ontario community-services directories (updated April 27, 2026) list "Primary Contact: Dr Dirk Huyer, Chief Coroner." |

Full tenure chain, all from Ontario Orders in Council (ontario.ca): appointed March 2014 → O.C. 636/2017 (from Apr 1, 2017) → O.C. 514/2020 (from Apr 1, 2020) → O.C. 315/2023 (from Apr 1, 2023) → O.C. 359/2026 (from Apr 1, 2026). Continuous tenure of 12+ years covering the death, the investigation, the 2019 release, and every year of the family's pursuit since.

**The escalation package's flag is therefore RESOLVED:** `escalation_package_oct27/01_certificate_of_action_master.md`, Annex B, line "OCC (Ontario) — Chief Coroner **[NAME TO VERIFY]** — occ.inquiries@ontario.ca" → the name is **Dr. Dirk Huyer**. (The OCC's published office address, from his own correspondence record: Office of the Chief Coroner, Forensic Services and Coroners Complex, 25 Morton Shulman Avenue, Toronto ON M3M 0B1; inquiries occ.inquiries@ontario.ca; the public line used in Frank's ORD-0106 is 1-877-991-9959.)

## 1(a) EVERY MENTION OF THE CHIEF CORONER IN FRANK'S RECORD

**In the family's own instruments, the office is named BY TITLE ONLY — no instrument in the record names the man.** The personal name "Huyer" appears in Frank's entire corpus in exactly one place (item 5 below).

1. **CEYLAN-TM-3 (draft, Oct 23, 2026 — unsigned, never sent, never filed)** — `~/workspace/your_files/ceylan_tm_drafts_oct23/CEYLAN-TM-3_coroner_CFS_mandamus_DRAFT.md`. Respondents, verbatim: "**THE CHIEF CORONER FOR ONTARIO** and **THE ONTARIO CENTRE FOR FORENSIC SCIENCES**"; backsheet: "LUCY CEYLAN et al. v. THE CHIEF CORONER FOR ONTARIO et al." No personal name anywhere in the instrument.
2. **The TM-3 cover and gaps files** (same folder): COVER.md — "TM-3 — The coroner's file (Divisional Court vs. the Chief Coroner and the Centre for Forensic Sciences)… This compels production to the next-of-kin, or a written refusal with reasons." GAPS_AND_GATES.md — respondent table: "The Chief Coroner for Ontario; the Ontario Centre for Forensic Sciences."
3. **The filings audits** — `ceylan_filings_audit_oct25.md`: "Divisional Court against the Chief Coroner and the Centre for Forensic Sciences: compel production of Coroner Case 2016-8196 and CFS Toxicology Case 2016-0001036 to the next-of-kin, or a written refusal with reasons." `filings_audit_oct27.md` row C-04 grades the family's requests to the "Office of the Chief Coroner, Ontario" (see 1(c)).
4. **ORD-0106** (the Rafi documentary order, Oct 2026): the closing call-to-action card lists "Chief Coroner of Ontario 1-877-991-9959 · … · Coroner Case 2016-8196" — the office's public line, published to viewers as a door to call.
5. **The ONLY personal-name occurrence in the corpus** — a DeepSeek conversation preserved in `~/workspace/your_files/day_by_day_crossref_oct24/PASS_deepseek.md` (conversation "Legal Analysis of Estate Dispute and Misconduct"), where the **AI assistant's** recommended-actions list reads, verbatim: "**B. Emergency Exhumation Request** — To Chief Coroner Dirk Huyer: 'New evidence of financial motive suggests homicide' — Require comprehensive toxicology testing for specific poisons — Independent forensic pathologist required." **This is AI-drafted advice inside a working session. No record shows the exhumation request was ever sent.** (The same Huyer lines appear in the frozen duplicate of the same file, and "Huyer" appears once in Frank's Google MyActivity history. Gmail searches run in this dig: "Huyer" — 0 messages; "Chief Coroner" — hits are Frank's own outgoing campaign mail only. No letter signed by, or addressed to, a Chief Coroner by name exists anywhere in the record.)
6. **Section A sheets / Trifecta set / affidavits:** no "Chief Coroner" occurrence was found in the Section A sheets; the Trifecta/BCSC pleadings name the coroner-side doctors individually (Drs. Queen, Bora, Cameron, Groot — per the Oct 27 autopsy hunts), not the Chief Coroner.

**The only OCC letter in the family's custody is NOT signed by the Chief Coroner.** The May 10, 2019 release letter is signed **Emily Groot, M.D., M.P.H., F.R.C.P.C., Regional Supervising Coroner** (OCC Sudbury office) — `AUTOPSY_DOCUMENT_HUNT_OCT27.md`: "OCC Sudbury cover letter, May 10, 2019, signed Emily Groot … Regional Supervising Coroner — enclosures: Coroner's Investigation Statement, Post Mortem Examination Report, Toxicology Report, Genetics Report." Her role: the regional supervising coroner who released the package — one level below the Chief Coroner, in the same North Region structure as Dr. Cameron (below). (A family recording of a May 10, 2019 call with Dr. Groot also exists in the recordings census.)

## 1(c) WHY THE NAME IS VITAL — AS THE RECORD SHOWS IT

**(i) TM-3's demand runs against his office, in these exact words.** Prayer (TM-3 draft): mandamus compelling production of "**the complete coroner's investigation file for Coroner Case 2016-8196 and the complete toxicology file for CFS Toxicology Case 2016-0001036**," or a written answer. Applicants: Lucy, Armin and Bercuhi Ceylan.

**(ii) Every act and non-act of that office in this file happened on Huyer's watch — one continuous office-holder, 2014→today.** Attributable to the office, per the filings audit (`filings_audit_oct27.md`, row C-04, graded "RESPONSE — named signatory," the audit's production rows P-02/P-03):
- The package was released **May 10, 2019** — partial production: Final Autopsy Report; Coroner's Investigation Statement #2016-1034-B — **released unsigned and undated by the coroner**; CFS evidence list; HSN lab results.
- "**Never produced: the complete investigation file, the complete toxicology file, and the Cardiology Genetics Report named as an enclosure in the release letter; no death certificate is anywhere in the record.**"
- §10 of the same audit carries Frank's verdict for the OCC: "**GUILTY — breach of oath and trust**"; the scorecard cites the office's own statutory duty (Coroners Act s.15(1)) with no deadline in the Act.
- No inquest was ever called (the family's standing complaint; the RECOVERED_STORYLINE records "NO inquest is ever called" despite, in the family's account, Coroners Act triggers).

**(iii) The one step TM-3 still needs runs through him.** TM-3 ¶5 is an open gap — "no prior written demand on the Chief Coroner or the Centre exists on disk" (GAPS_AND_GATES.md) — because mandamus requires a demand and a refusal or unreasonable delay first. The demand letter that unlocks TM-3 is addressed to the Chief Coroner. The escalation package likewise cannot fire its OCC line until the office-holder is named. The name was the missing key in both places; it is now supplied from the OCC's own published record: **Dr. Dirk Huyer**.

**(iv) The exhumation door is also his.** The only personal-name use in the corpus (item 5 above) is the drafted exhumation request addressed to Huyer — exhumation and inquest decisions sit with the Chief Coroner under the Coroners Act, so any future exhumation ask is addressed to the same man who has held the office since before the death.

## 1(d) "CAMERON" — IDENTIFIED; HIS EMAIL'S DATE IS NOT IN THE RECORD (honest null on the date)

- **Full identity (from the document itself, via `AUTOPSY_VERSION_HUNT_OCT27.md` §A1):** "Cameron, David A. (MCSCS) [David.A.Cameron@ontario.ca]"; signed "Dave" — **David A. Cameron, M.D., LL.B., C.C.F.P., Regional Supervising Coroner, North Region, Sudbury Office, 199 Larch St., Ste 203, Box 39, Sudbury ON P3E 5P9.** (MCSCS = the then Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.) The North Region is the region that ran Coroner Case 2016-8196 (investigating coroner Dr. Bora; the Sudbury HSN forensic pathology unit).
- **The email:** survives only as a **paper print** (p.1 of coroner_reports_1.pdf, the Jan 19, 2026 scanned set). Sent **to Ivana Ceylan**; forwarded under Barton J. Seguin letterhead; attachments named "CEYLAN, Raffi PM Report.pdf; CEYLAN, Raffi Tox.pdf; clinics.docx"; body includes "**The post-mortem report came in yesterday.**" I.e., the PM Report and toxicology were circulated by the Regional Supervising Coroner to the widow, through the drafting lawyer — the family's note on the print asks why Cameron was communicating with Bart (Seguin) and Ivana.
- **Date evidence: NONE in custody.** No Sent date is printed on the printout; the original went to Ivana; filename and phrase searches of Frank's Gmail (Oct 27) found no digital copy. This is exactly why the Cameron email remains a named referee for the autopsy-date question whose date is **not in the record** — the autopsy-date question itself stands **UNRESOLVED** (the Oct 27 correction of the earlier "REFUTED" verdict governs; no filing text changes until a referee lands).

# DIG 2 — THE WILL AND THE SEPARATION AGREEMENT

## 2(a) THE WILL — LOCATED. ONE DOCUMENT, TWO IDENTICAL COPIES.

| Copy | Location | Facts |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | `~/workspace/your_files/rafi_ceylan_documentary/will_raffi_ceylan_signed.pdf` | PDF, 1,275,629 B, **12 pages**, no text layer (pure scan), Creator **TOSHIBA e-STUDIO4540C**, PDF CreationDate **2017-04-03 16:05 EDT** — a photocopier scan made nine months after the death |
| 2 | `~/workspace/your_files/rafi_ceylan_documentary/will_raffi_ceylan_copy6.pdf` | **Byte-identical** (md5 15380a3e70d951d61d53370bf5f841b9, verified in this dig) |

The same file came to Frank from Google Drive ("Signed copy of Last Will and Testament — Raffi Ceylan-1.pdf," 1,275,629 B; and "Last Will and Testament — Raffi Ceylan-6.pdf," same size, Drive-dated Dec 31, 2017 — per the Oct 21 inventory as carried in `rafi_ceylan_documentary/INVENTORY.md` §4), and was received on the Atlas box Oct 24, 2026 as `/home/muse/channel/orders/RAFI_WILL_signed.pdf` (REP-0106). **There is one will document in the record, not two versions.** (An UNSIGNED copy also exists in the family's history — Lucy: the family was first given "an UNSIGNED copy of a Will" and fought for the signed one — but no unsigned copy was located in any store searched in this dig; honest null, see §3.)

**What the produced will says, as written** (read page by page from the scan in this dig; wording cross-checked against REP-0106's 600-dpi OCR of pp. 1 and 12):

- **Testator (p.1):** "THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, **RAFFI CEYLAN**, of the County of Essex and Province of Ontario." (Spelled with two F's in the document; the family's own papers spell him Rafi.)
- **¶1 (p.1):** revokes all former wills; declares this "the only executed copy of my Last Will and Testament."
- **¶2 (p.1) — trustee:** "I NOMINATE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my wife, **IVANA CEYLAN**, to be the estate trustee, executrix and trustee of this my Will; PROVIDED that if IVANA CEYLAN shall have predeceased me or … decline to act … then I APPOINT my sister-in-law, **ELENA O'NEILL**, to be the estate trustee, executrix and trustee of this my Will in the place of IVANA CEYLAN."
- **¶3 (pp.1–2) — plan designations:** "I HEREBY DESIGNATE my wife, **IVANA CEYLAN**, as my beneficiary under any Registered Retirement Savings Plans, Registered Retirement Income Funds, Deferred Profit Sharing Plans, pension plans and annuities…"
- **¶4 (p.2) — the gift:** "I GIVE, DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my property of every nature and kind and wheresoever situate… to my Trustee upon the following trusts, namely: (a) To pay my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, and all income taxes…; **(b) To pay and transfer the residue of my estate to my wife, IVANA CEYLAN, if she survives me for a period of thirty (30) days after my death, for her own use absolutely**;"
- **¶4(c) (p.3) — the only fallback:** if Ivana predeceases or dies within 30 days, the residue is divided "into as many equal shares as there shall be children of mine alive…" — held in trust to age 25, per stirpes. **No other beneficiary is named anywhere in the 12 pages.**
- **¶9 (p.11) — children's custodian if Ivana does not survive:** sister-in-law **ELENA O'NEILL**; failing her, mother-in-law **LYDIA ANNA HRVATIN**.
- **¶¶5–8, 10 (pp.4–11):** standard trustee powers boilerplate. No specific bequests; no mention of Betty, Lucy or Armin Ceylan in any capacity; no mention of Northern Exposure, the Sun Life policy, or any separation agreement or codicil.
- **Execution (p.12):** "IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have to this my Last Will and Testament, written upon this page and the 11 preceding pages of paper, subscribed my name **this 11th November, 2007**" — the date the will bears: **November 11, 2007** (the year sits under a dark horizontal stroke / the COPY watermark in the scan). "SIGNED, PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said Testator, RAFFI CEYLAN…" — a large signature over the testator's line; witnesses: **BARTON J. SEGUIN**, "c/o Bartlet & Richardes, Barristers and Solicitors, 1000-374 Ouellette Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 1A9," and **PAULA SEGUIN**, "1665 Normandy, LaSalle, Ontario, N9J 1X9." Page footer throughout: Bartlet Richardes LLP — Barristers Solicitors (the drafting firm on the document's face; the corpus elsewhere places Seguin at Shibley Righton LLP — both recorded; the document itself says Bartlet & Richardes).
- **Visible features of the copy:** a diagonal "**COPY**" watermark across every page; each page initialled at the foot (two initial sets at left, "RC" at right on pp.1–11); the body text is photocopy-degraded while the p.12 testator signature is large and dark — the contrast Frank's analysis names (below).

## 2(b) THE EXISTING FORGERY ANALYSIS — LOCATED, VERBATIM

Frank published the analysis at **denialbydesign.org/ceylan/the-seven-forgeries** ("THE NUCLEAR SHEET v5 — Francesco Longo Primary") and broadcast it in his **May 27, 2026** email (Gmail 19e69dbbbb55ba04, to info@cfs-fcee.ca, subject "URGENT - 130 MB Real Documentary Evidence + Forensic Will Forgery Analysis Public - denialbydesign.org/ceylan"), which states the findings verbatim:

> "**6 of 7 indicators forensic-grade confirmed: disposition absurdity; witness-pair anomaly (drafting lawyer's wife as second witness); giant fresh signature vs photocopy-pixelated initials; staple-hole pattern mismatch; COPY watermark generation mismatch; letterform overstrike on title block.**"

The six named elements, mapped to the document read in this dig:
1. **Disposition absurdity** — everything to the wife; nothing to mother, twin sister or brother (verified as written in 2(a)).
2. **Witness-pair anomaly (drafting lawyer's wife as second witness)** — witnesses Barton J. Seguin and Paula Seguin (p.12); the storyline records Paula Seguin as Bart's wife and a "30-Year Ivana Confidante."
3. **Giant fresh signature vs photocopy-pixelated initials** — the large dark p.12 signature against the small degraded page initials.
4. **Staple-hole pattern mismatch** — a physical-copy feature asserted in the analysis (not testable from the scan alone).
5. **COPY watermark generation mismatch** — the watermark layer vs the page generation.
6. **Letterform overstrike on title block** — an overstrike in the title/date lettering (a dark horizontal stroke runs through the p.12 date line in the scan).

**The seventh indicator is never named** in the May 27 email, on the published page, or anywhere else located — honest null (see §3). The published page's own Ceylan passage (Part 10, fetched in this dig) states the claim in one line: "Raffi Ceylan — Murdered July 16, 2016… $707K Sun Life payout on forged will within days." (Figure conflict flagged, not flattened: the record carries **$600,000** in Lucy's emails, **$607,228.70** as the FSRA complaint figure, and **$707K** on the published page — three figures, unreconciled in the record.)

Frank's own description of the document (`FRANKS_ACCOUNT_OCT24.md`, Oct 24, 2026): "A will **clearly 10 years old**, bearing **new type / ink font — darker than the rest, overlapping** the older writing. Frank: 'it's a clear forgery.'" (The will bears Nov 11, 2007; Rafi died July 16, 2016 — 8 years 8 months old at death.)

## 2(c) THE SEPARATION AGREEMENT — THE DOCUMENT IS NOT IN ANY STORE SEARCHED (honest null); ITS TERMS ARE IN THE RECORD IN LUCY'S OWN WORDS

**Null first:** no copy of the separation agreement itself was located — not in the workspace, the documentary folder, Takeout Part 6, the Drive catalogue (per the Oct 21 inventory), or Gmail. Lucy holds it: her Nov 15, 2025 email lists her evidence "1. Separation Agreement" among items she "can send… in a separate email." What the record holds is Lucy's own statement of its terms — she is a primary source (Rafi's twin sister, co-plaintiff), quoted verbatim from her Nov 15, 2025 email to Frank (lucey1@protonmail.com; the original is **not** in flongo11 Gmail — it survives quoted in the Grok corpus, `GROK_messages_extract.txt`, the long extract at line 3073ff.):

> "…they provided a bogus signed copy of a Will to us **that was not attached with the Codicile- Separation Agreement**. As Bart and Ivana together knowingly/willfully were lying and hiding the existence of the Separation Agreement **which completely revokes Ivana from acting as Adminstrator and Executor of Raffi's estate, and also removes her from having any right, title and interest to Raffi's solely owned company of Northern Exposure, which held Raffi's life insurance policy**…"

> "…note that, the highly important [APPLICATION FORM]… is when Ivava swears an oath to, was approved and Ivana was then given a 'certificate' for the purpose of being Appointed Estate Trustee ' ' WITH A WILL' but **NO CODICILE= Separation Agreement**! … This Application form is dated 5days post settlement agreement reached via mediation between my mother and Ivana, to where it was agreed that **Ashton is sole beneficiary**… The form speaks for itself… **the Separation Agreement clearly releases her from acting as Executor and from having any right, title and interest to Raffi's SOLE owned company of NE**!!!" (Lucy's follow-up email, Nov 16, 2025, same corpus extract. "The form even asks about a CODICILE and she marked it N/A.")

Lucy's opening summary of the same email (Nov 15) frames why it matters, verbatim: "What you need to keep in mind, is the importance regarding the Separarion Agreement and its entire contents, and them getting caught for lying and hiding its existence. And guess what, still to this day they have been pretending the Separation never came to light!" [sic throughout]

Corroborating timeline text in the same corpus (an AI-drafted analysis the family worked from — **labelled AI text, not a document**): "Pre-2016 — Raffi Ceylan and Ivana Hervatin execute a Separation Agreement, revoking Ivana's rights as executor/beneficiary and any interest in Raffi's company, Northern Exposure Decks and Fences (which held his $600,000 life insurance policy). Bart Seguin (Ivana's lawyer) witnesses the Agreement but omits his printed name under his signature, creating deniability." (DeepSeek conversation "Legal Analysis of Estate Dispute and Misconduct," preserved in PASS_deepseek.md.)

**Kept separate, because the record keeps them separate:** the **Settlement Agreement** (Minutes of Settlement, mediation, **December 9, 2017**, between Betty and Ivana; order of T.J. Carey J.) is a different instrument from the **Separation Agreement** (Rafi–Ivana, pre-death). Per Lucy, the settlement declared Ashton sole beneficiary and required Ivana to give Betty an annual accounting of the estate — accounting she says was never provided. Frank's Oct 27 statement speaks of "the will or the separation agreement"; the separation-agreement terms in the record concern **Ivana's** position (no executorship, no right/title/interest in Northern Exposure or its policy), not a distribution to Betty, Lucy or Armin.

## 2(d) THREE-COLUMN COMPARISON

| Question | The produced will (as written — the document) | The separation agreement (terms as stated by Lucy — the document itself NOT IN RECORD) | Frank's statement (Oct 27, 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| What does Ivana receive? | **Everything**: sole estate trustee/executrix (¶2); designated beneficiary of all RRSP/RRIF/pension/annuity plans (¶3); the **entire residue "for her own use absolutely"** (¶4(b)) | **Nothing in the roles that matter**: the agreement "completely revokes Ivana from acting as Adminstrator and Executor of Raffi's estate, and also removes her from having any right, title and interest to Raffi's solely owned company of Northern Exposure, which held Raffi's life insurance policy" (Lucy, Nov 15, 2025) | "Ivana was to receive NOTHING under the will or the separation agreement" — matches the separation-agreement column as Lucy states it; the produced will says the opposite |
| Who else takes? | Only Rafi's **children**, and only if Ivana predeceases/dies within 30 days (¶4(c), shares held to age 25) | Not addressed in Lucy's quoted terms — **NOT IN RECORD** | — |
| Betty (mother) | **Nothing** — not named anywhere in the 12 pages | Not addressed — **NOT IN RECORD** | "the produced will leaves nothing to Betty" — **matches the document** |
| Lucy (twin sister) | **Nothing** — not named anywhere | Not addressed — **NOT IN RECORD** | "leaves nothing to Lucy" — **matches the document** |
| Armin (brother) | **Nothing** — not named anywhere | Not addressed — **NOT IN RECORD** | "leaves nothing to Armin" — **matches the document** |
| Ivana's family | **Elena O'Neill** (Ivana's sister): substitute trustee/executrix (¶2) and custodian of the children (¶9). **Lydia Anna Hrvatin** (Ivana's mother): backup custodian (¶9) | Not addressed — **NOT IN RECORD** | "everything to Ivana **and her family**" — **matches the document** (¶¶2, 9) |
| The insurance / Northern Exposure | Not mentioned in the will at all | The agreement removes Ivana's "right, title and interest" to the company "which held Raffi's life insurance policy" (Lucy) | Frank's case: the payout flowed on the produced will (published page: "$707K Sun Life payout on forged will within days"; FSRA figure $607,228.70; Lucy's figure $600,000 — unreconciled) |
| Status of the instrument | Bears Nov 11, 2007; witnessed by the drafting lawyer and his wife; produced to the family ~3 weeks after the death, signed copy only after a fight, and (per Lucy) **without the codicil/separation agreement attached** | Lucy: its existence was denied and hidden; Betty's civil suit (Estate File 67863) was "commenced by my mother regarding it"; it is still "missing from the Estate of Raffi's (public records)" | Frank: the produced will is **forged** — his published analysis lists 6 of 7 forensic indicators confirmed (2(b)) |

---

# 3. HONEST NULLS — STATED PLAINLY

1. **The separation agreement document: NOT FOUND** in any store searched (workspace, documentary folder, Takeout Part 6, Drive catalogue per Oct 21 inventory, Gmail). Its terms exist in the record only as Lucy's own statements (quoted, 2(c)). Lucy holds the document per her own evidence list.
2. **The seventh forgery indicator: NOT NAMED** anywhere located. Frank's published analysis confirms "6 of 7"; the seventh is never identified in the email, the page, or the corpus passages read.
3. **The unsigned will copy: NOT FOUND** as a file. It exists in the record only in Lucy's account ("an UNSIGNED copy of a Will first… then they provided a bogus signed copy"). The only will file in custody is the one signed document, in two identical copies.
4. **No letter signed by or addressed to a Chief Coroner by name** exists in the record; the personal name "Huyer" occurs only in AI-corpus text (an unsent, AI-drafted exhumation recommendation). The tenure in 1(b) rests on the OCC's/Ontario's own published material (ontario.ca OCC page + Orders in Council 514/2020 and 359/2026), as the task permitted for this name.
5. **The Cameron email's sent date: NOT IN THE RECORD** (paper print only, no date line; no digital copy found). The autopsy-date question remains **UNRESOLVED**; both named referees (this email's date; the Cardiology Genetics Report's date) remain outside custody — and the Genetics Report itself remains missing from the coroner package.
6. **No death certificate** for Rafi Ceylan is anywhere in the record (per filings audit C-04 and the autopsy hunts).
7. **Figure conflict, unreconciled:** the Sun Life amount appears as $600,000 (Lucy), $607,228.70 (FSRA complaint), and $707K (published page). No document in the record reconciles the three.

## ADDENDUM — Oct 27, ~15:40 EDT — the second Groot (Frank's lead, verified same turn)

Frank's direction: another Groot — Emily's cousin or something — tied to a case and a DNA sample, and "found guilty of doing some sort of activity near Hamilton." What the record + public sources hold:

- **NORMAN GROOT** — listed in Frank's own trifecta export (Jan 2026, Part VI) as a **Private Investigator**, and in Dave Simetic's row as "Dr. Groot investigation." The Branch Register carries Simetic as the trifecta's third case with a "Norman Groot pattern" note (DeepSeek PASS, Jan 16, 2026).
- **R. v. Groot, [1999] 3 S.C.R. 664 — REAL, verified Oct 27 against the published judgment.** Norman Groot, Peel Regional Police constable, assaulted a handcuffed prisoner, Patrick Groom, in the station on Dec 15, 1990 — head into desk, then floor. Acquitted at trial (Hill J., 1996); the Ontario Court of Appeal (1998) entered a conviction for common assault; the Supreme Court dismissed his appeal Nov 5, 1999. Contemporaneous Star coverage: jailed 9 months (1992), five-year firearms prohibition. He later became a lawyer in good standing, advertising defence of police and private-sector investigators.
- **The cousin link is a QUESTION in Frank's own record, not a finding:** his Grok-session analysis carries "(cousin?)" and records the question put to the coroner's side — "are you relating to us to Norman Groot" — with the answer noted as evasive, per his transcription. A recording of Frank speaking with Dr. Emily Groot on May 10, 2019 (the day of her release letter) exists in the assembly (recordings census item 36).
- **Armin / DNA: NO document found ties Norman Groot to Armin's case or to any DNA sample.** The grep over the Armin files is empty; every record hit ties Norman Groot to Simetic and the trifecta principals. Armin's DNA item on the record is the court-ordered sample in his March 2026 sentence. Frank's recollection carried unmerged.

## ADDENDUM 2 — Oct 27, ~16:10 EDT — email leg of the Norman Groot / Armin dig (Lucy's emails read in full)

- **Norman J Groot, per Lucy's own lists (Feb 5 + Jan 15, 2026):** fraud investigator / PI / lawyer in the RAFFI estate fight, 2018 — quoted $5K retainer, then $10K, while Lucy already held most of the evidence; she kept recorded calls and emails. Lucy asserts in her own list that Norman "turns out to be related to Emily Groot, chief Coroner of Sudbury" — her assertion, family document, not independently proven.
- **The DNA pressure on Armin was SHANE MILES** — Armin's Legal Aid lawyer, a former Windsor police officer — per Lucy three times: he argued Armin needed to go give his DNA to the police; "DNA plotting against Armin by him (had two calls with him on September 9, 2023)." The two call recordings are Gmail attachments (Jan 5 + Jan 26, 2026 emails). NULL: no Lucy email ties Norman Groot to Legal Aid, Armin, or DNA — Frank's account fuses two ex-police-turned-lawyer men, one per case.
- Also attached to Lucy's Jan 26, 2026 email: "5-14-19 Dr.Groot Called me back On Behalf of Dr.Cameron… (00:13:36).mp3" — Emily Groot's May 14, 2019 callback recording.
- Armin's other Legal Aid-era lawyers per Lucy: Paul Esco (2025; her LAO complaint target), Bobby DiPietro Jr. (withdrew 2025), Laura Joy, Eric/Erik Katzman, Ben Spicklan.
- Full dig file: ~/workspace/your_files/norman_groot_armin_dig_oct27.md (on completion of all legs).

## ADDENDUM 3 — Oct 27, ~16:15 EDT — dig complete (file: norman_groot_armin_dig_oct27.md)

- Recordings verdict: Miles Parts 1-2 transcribed LOCALLY (faster-whisper, on-disk model). Miles in his own voice: the DNA sample is court-ordered on conviction for a primary designated offence; he refused to help change it; refused Lucy's requested protective appendix. Term counts across both parts: Norman 0, Groot 0, Legal Aid 0, blood 0. Jan 26 attachment copies are byte-identical to Jan 5 (SHA-256 match).
- Corpus legs graded: the DeepSeek "linchpin / appears in all 4 cases" line is an uncited AI self-report row (lowest class); the Simetic "pattern" is undefined and rests on Frank's Jan 16 dictation; the Grok passage's R. v. Groot dates are wrong against the verified public record. Armin files: Norman Groot zero mentions (honest null).
- BLOCKER: the Emily Groot callback MP3 (13,063,731 B, 13:36, attached to Lucy's Jan 26, 2026 email) could not be downloaded — mail CLI attachment-get fails "Operation not permitted (os error 1)", reproduced 3x. It is the one unexamined audio that could bear on the Norman-Emily question.

- Callback recording transcribed Oct 27: Norman never mentioned (count 0); the call is the family's May 2019 notice to the coroner's office — reports inconsistency, headaches/eye, poisoning question, body/organ control, revoked trusteeship — put to Groot directly. The "(cousin?)" fragment is NOT from this audio; source unlocated.
