# DRAFT — Produce the written order, or restore the matter for trial — BUILT Oct 27, 2026, NOT SENT
Doors (addresses to verify from the institutions' own pages before firing): Crown Attorney, Windsor; Ontario Court of Justice, Windsor (Court Services).
Matter: R. v. Francesco Longo — Court File 21-845, Information No. 1012001, Windsor Case 94545.

---

I write respecting the above matter, in which a charge was created against me in the Windsor police records system on May 22, 2021 (MCMS: "Created charge #211549," on a page whose Charge Summary states "no current criminal charges").

I have been told the charge was dismissed on September 15, 2025. I have requested the written order of dismissal. None has ever been produced to me, and I am told the dismissal was oral. I hold no written order, and no written order has been shown to exist.

I therefore demand:

1. Production of the written order dismissing Information No. 1012001, with the court's seal, identifying the presiding judicial officer and the terms of the dismissal; or
2. Written confirmation that no written order of dismissal exists.

If no written order exists, the matter stands undismissed on the only record that can be produced, and I demand that it be restored for trial, where my accusers can be called and questioned on the stand. I have already filed to that effect; those filings have never been answered. Answer them.
