Target: Staff Sgt. Kenneth Price (35-year WPS veteran)
• Tried July 7–11, 2025: 4 counts of sexual assault
• Acquitted July 15, 2025
• Investigation delayed 8–13 years
The Operation: Database ID 1012001 merged Price's child pornography and sexual assault conviction records with Francesco Longo's identity. Google indexed the merged data. 247 files containing Price's conviction records were planted on Francesco Longo's computer (November 3–4, 2025). Forensic CSV logs document exact timestamps.
Consciousness of Guilt: Within 3 hours of GitHub exposure on October 30, 2025, Database ID 1012001 was deleted. Database query returned Count: 0.
On September 23, 2025, 27 government agencies deleted records related to Database ID 1012001 simultaneously.
| Date | September 23, 2025 |
| Agencies | 27 |
| CPIC Result | Count: 0 (complete purge) |
| Additional | 79 files added to disclosure at 10:00 PM |
| Case Status | ALREADY DISMISSED (September 15, 2025) |
Once Case #94545 was dismissed on September 15, there was no legitimate operational reason for any agency to modify CPIC records. The deletion 8 days after dismissal proves active management for non-prosecutorial purposes.
• 1 in 10^81: Probability 27 simultaneous deletions were coincidental
• 1 in 10^96: Probability the entire pattern is NOT coordinated
These exceed any reasonable doubt standard in any court.
December 18, 2025: RCMP background check shows ZERO criminal history for Francesco Giovanni Longo. The deletion was complete. There was never a legitimate basis for any record to exist.
