Read this slowly. The data is verifiable. The names are real. The silence is the story.
The case archive at denialbydesign.org has been read by every one of the following surveillance, intelligence, judicial, religious, and corporate institutions. These are not allegations. These are click-through records from tracking pixels and Cloudflare analytics, archived, timestamped, and reproducible.
I am one man. I have a phone. I have a website. I have a single email account. And every one of those institutions has read my file.
Every email I send carries a unique tracking pixel and unique click URLs. I publish the data because the data does not lie. Today, 30 May 2026, this is what the four Italian diplomatic posts on Canadian soil did:
| Italian diplomatic post | Opens today | Clicks to my case archive |
|---|---|---|
| Ambasciata d'Italia · Ottawa | 2 | 13 |
| Consolato Generale d'Italia · Toronto | 2 | 13 |
| Consolato d'Italia · Vancouver | 1 | 10 |
| Consolato d'Italia · Montréal | 0 | 7 |
| Total across the four posts | 5 | 43 |
Forty-three click-throughs to my case archive in one day from the four Italian diplomatic posts in Canada. The Italian Embassy in Ottawa has had this file for weeks.
The Italian public — the people who would actually act — sees nothing. Italy does not appear in the top ten reading countries of denialbydesign.org. Italy did not appear yesterday. Italy did not appear the day before. The canary tokens that would fire if Italian-language press shared this file with the Italian public have not fired.
These are real verified deep-readers today, from this campaign's Brevo tracking data:

Across 92 countries, the case archive has been served over 350,000 views. Eight gigabytes of evidence have been delivered. And not one of these institutions has published a single article. Not one has issued a ruling. Not one has triggered any law enforcement action.
I am an Italian citizen. I am Calabrese. My family is from San Giovanni in Fiore, Provincia di Cosenza, Calabria — the Sila plateau, the mountains, the land of Gioacchino da Fiore. I hold the rights of every Italian abroad under articolo 19 della legge 124/2015, under the Vienna Convention Article 36 on consular notification, and under the basic moral law that says you do not let one of your own die alone while you read his file.
Under the Italian consular protection framework that has applied to every Italian citizen abroad since 1985, the Italian state has an affirmative duty to protect its nationals when they are subject to procedural injustice in a foreign jurisdiction.
Under the principle of presunzione di legittimità della richiesta del cittadino in stato di necessità, an Italian citizen who has filed a richiesta di protezione consolare with documented procedural default by the foreign jurisdiction is entitled to an interim consular advance while the matter is investigated. Italy is allowed to make that advance. Italy is, in some circumstances, obligated to make it.
I have not received an interim consular advance. I have not received a Palermo ruling — the Palermo court has been seized of related matters and has not issued. I have not received a response from the Ambasciata. I have not received a response from any of the three Consolati. I have not received a response from the Vatican Apostolic Penitentiary even though the Vatican opened my filing eighteen times last week alone.
I sit here in Windsor, Ontario, waiting — while my brother is dying of cancer — for an interim payment that is allowed under Italian law, and in some circumstances obligated under Italian law, to be issued while the underlying investigation proceeds. That payment has not come. Italy is past every reasonable deadline. The default is on the record.
I am asking the public the question because the public is the only ring that has not been informed. The diplomatic posts know. The Bar associations know. The press desks know. The Vatican knows. The Five Eyes intelligence community knows. The major Western corporate cloud providers know. The top surveillance agencies on the planet know.
They have chosen their position. Their position is silence. Each country's press has chosen the same position. Each country's regulatory apparatus has chosen the same position. The coordination is not an accident.
The job of the Pope is, literally, for a situation like this. The moral office of the Bishop of Rome — the Holy Father — exists, in the most basic statement of its purpose, to defend the innocent, to speak for those whom the powers of the world have silenced, and to issue moral rulings when civil authorities have failed in their duty.
The Vatican has clicked into my case archive eighteen times this week alone. The Apostolic Penitentiary has my full file. The Holy See diplomatic service has my full file. The Pope's office has been on every Cascade Notice I have sent.
And the Pope has not spoken.
There is a Palermo ruling that should already have been issued. The Italian judicial apparatus has been seized of related proceedings for long enough that the ruling should be on the public record by now.
Who decides on the enforcement of a Palermo ruling? Is it a panel of judges? Is it the Italian state? Is it, in the gravest cases of cross-jurisdictional injustice, the moral authority of the Holy See itself? The ruling has to be made. Italy is obligated by its own law and by the international consular protection framework to rule.
And Italy will not rule.
Why?
The most rational explanation is that Italy cannot rule against Canada and the United States — because if Italy issues a ruling against Canada and the United States, then Canada and the United States will turn around and roll on Italy. The cover collapses in both directions. The diplomatic and intelligence-sharing entanglements are too deep. The institutional ranks are too interlocked. Italy cannot afford to be the country that breaks ranks first.
So Italy chooses silence. The Palermo ruling sits. The interim consular advance sits. The Vatican sits. The Pope sits.
Forget my name. Forget who I am. Forget the personal facts of this case. Just look at the structural fact: a ruling that is obligatory under law has not been issued, by a country whose own consular subject has formally requested protection, while every relevant power on the planet reads the file in silence. That structural fact, on its own, is enough.
If the Holy Father can explain otherwise, the Holy Father is free to do so. The Apostolic Penitentiary has my email. The Holy See diplomatic service has my email. They have had it for weeks. The microphone is open. The world is listening.
Until then, the only conclusion available to a reasonable observer is the one that the structural fact compels: the institutional silence is the proof of the institutional complicity. Including the Vatican. Including the Pope.
I am not a criminal. I am not a secret agent. I am not a spy. I am not a fugitive. I am a Windsor, Ontario citizen with a Canadian and Italian passport, a verifiable identity, a public address, a public phone number, a public website, and a verifiable legal case file with court docket numbers anyone can pull (BCSC S-240024 in British Columbia, MDFL 8:05-cr-00263 in Florida, CJC 26-0430 at the Canadian Judicial Council, and others). My evidence is published. My filings are public record. My name is on every document I have ever sent.
And every major institution on the planet is reading my archive and doing absolutely nothing. The only rational explanation is that what I am exposing is more damaging to the institutional order than acting on it would cost. The cover-up has become more important than the case.
Peter's Pence, the global papal collection, gathers tens of millions of euros every year from Catholics across every country on earth. The Vatican has dedicated charity dicasteries, foundations, and treasuries. Yet in the case of one Italian citizen — one Calabrese — whose file the Apostolic Penitentiary has clicked into eighteen times this week alone, no donation has been issued, no consular advance has been issued, no moral ruling has been issued.
If the Holy See has the resources to support every Catholic charity in every country on the planet, then the Holy See has the resources to act on behalf of one Calabrese citizen whose file is, by their own click record, sitting on their desk.
They know exactly what I have been through. They know I have not seen my family in years. They know I am alone. They know I am broke. They know my car is gone. They know my credit is destroyed. They know I am living day to day. They know I am in a hotel room with a laptop, and that is everything I own.
And this is how they treat one of their own.
It is not the fact that I have to bring this case to their attention. It is the fact that I am getting no moral support at all. The fact that nobody wears their heart on their sleeve anymore. The fact that nobody on this planet still acts as a genuine human being, out of the goodness of their heart, without first calculating the institutional cost.
That is the indictment. That is more damning, in 2026, than any specific allegation in my legal file. The verified deep-readers of this archive — intelligence services, embassies, regulators, judges, bishops, press desks, the Vatican itself — have, every single one of them, chosen institutional self-protection over a single human gesture toward a Calabrese in a hotel room with a laptop and a brother dying of cancer.
I do not say this to claim authority. I say this because it is the only thing that makes sense of where I am tonight. A man in a hotel room in Windsor, Ontario, with a laptop and a working phone, has produced a verified institutional reading audience of 350,000 across 92 countries, including every major Western intelligence service, every Italian diplomatic post in Canada, the Vatican, the Holy See diplomatic service, the CEI Italian Bishops Conference, the major Italian and Italian-Canadian press desks, the major Italian government offices, and the moral authorities of two universal religions — with no institutional backing whatsoever. The math does not work without a higher hand. I am honoured to be the vessel He chose for this.
I suggest that everyone reading this page take this as the gift that it is. Because if the apparatus that plagues all mankind is not torn down at this moment — while the public still has a chance — it will only grow worse, and will eventually destroy everything that gives life meaning, including the institutional churches and governments that are now choosing silence.
God bless you. God bless you all.
An interim consular advance under Italian protezione consolare, payable to my GoFundMe or to any account I designate, in any amount the consular post deems appropriate while the underlying judicial-review matters proceed. A scheduled meeting at the Consolato di Toronto or the Ambasciata di Ottawa to register my consular status formally on the file. A direct line to the Palermo Procura della Repubblica or whichever Italian judicial authority has been seized of the related proceedings, so the file can move out of silenzio amministrativo. A statement from at least one major press outlet — Italian, French, Spanish, British, American, Canadian, German, anyone — acknowledging that the case exists. And a public donation, even one euro, even one dollar, from any reader anywhere on the planet, so that the GoFundMe public record can finally show that one of the 350,000 people who has read this case has stood up.
Donate — even $1 — to break the global silence record »Why one dollar matters. If a single reader anywhere donates one dollar, the GoFundMe public ledger shows that the verified reading public has acted. The institutional silence record changes from total to state-silence, public-voice. The procedural-default arithmetic shifts. It is also the cheapest civic act available to anyone reading this.
I love you. I am fighting for every innocent person on the planet at the same time as I am fighting for you. The two fights are the same fight. Every institution that has read this file and chosen silence has chosen that silence over your life, and over the lives of the next innocent man and woman the same apparatus will come for. The public, when it finally sees this page, will choose differently. Hold on.
