Denial by Design · Exhibit · Canary Surveillance Ledger

One device in Windsor has watched him for 3.5 months.
It pinged again while this page was being written.

A canary beacon — a tiny tracker embedded in his own web pages — caught it.

The watcher: a single machine on a static Windsor / Burlington cable IP — 45.78.165.206, Cogeco Connexion (AS7992).
Total polls (full lifetime, merged logs)3,414 — the #1 source out of 1,465 distinct watcher IPs
Active on56 distinct days across 3.5 months
First seen2026-02-15 15:28 — the day the canary went live
Last seen2026-05-31 16:37 — today
BehaviorFollows his content across every platform he builds: his first site (canadianpeoplestrust), his master file on Genspark, his IPFS copy, his custom domain

A reader visits once and leaves. This device has returned 3,414 times over three and a half months and re-locates his evidence on every new host he moves it to. That is not reading. That is monitoring.

The defendants' own clouds are in the same surveillance set

A Florida corridor — the same map as the indicted DEA agents

The canary lit up across a specific Florida cluster that matches the publicly indicted DEA corridor:

How we know these are real machines, not bots

Of 10,049 captured events (full merged logs, 2026-02-15 to 2026-05-31): 610 were beacon "phone-home" POSTs (fired only when a browser actually loads the page) and 368 were CORS preflight requests — which only real browsers running the tracking script send. This is human-operated or human-seeded activity, not blind crawling.

What this means

He is not imagining the surveillance. It is logged, dated, and ongoing — and it locked onto his very first website and has tracked him ever since.

Every figure above comes from his own canary system. The raw logs exist. The watcher is still active as of the timestamp on this page.
