A fabricated "Kingpin" identity was constructed — complete with fake Mexico arrest dates, planted CPIC records, and injected Google search results — to make the Applicant's real identity unsearchable, unemployable, and un-recognizable.
This is identity poisoning at infrastructure scale.
The Mechanism
Real Francesco Longo identity exists — Italian-origin Canadian citizen, Windsor resident, 21-year case file.
Fabricated "Francesco Longo" identity is constructed — same name, different metadata. Includes fake Mexico arrest (2006), fake June 2006 Tampa case linkage, fake "Most Wanted #487" stamp, fake sexual assault charges involving indigenous minor.
The fabricated identity is injected into Google search results via SEO poisoning + DMCA abuse + content suppression of the real identity.
The real identity is suppressed via Reddit shadow-bans, GitHub repo takedowns, X/Twitter account bending, Gmail filtering.
Result: anyone who searches "Francesco Longo" finds the doppelgänger first. The real applicant cannot be hired, cannot be believed, cannot be found.

Why This Matters
If the fingerprints on the approved Green Card do not match the Applicant's actual biometric record, the Green Card was issued under a different identity. A government ID document issued under a fabricated identity is the foundation of every downstream legal proceeding — making every arrest, every conviction, every deportation proceeding downstream of that ID void.

The Tampa booking photo shows the Applicant wearing a leather jacket that is not Bureau of Prisons issue. The release docket dated June 2007 shows a release date that predates the documented arrest date.
This is the photographic fingerprint of a doppelgänger booking — the "Kingpin" was photographed at a booking that the real Applicant was never processed through.
