In 2005 I was removed from Canada to the United States through what the evidence proves was an illegal rendition disguised as an extradition. RCMP Officer Joe Kispal is named on U.S. Department of Justice paperwork as the RCMP liaison. I was returned to Canada, imprisoned in Windsor Jail for 18 months, assaulted, and contracted MRSA due to medical neglect.

Since then I have filed complaints, motions, mandamus applications, subpoenas, habeas corpus applications, and judicial review applications across Canadian and U.S. institutions. The consistent response has been not rejection but **silence**.
