## 1. THE CORE CLAIM

In 2005 I was removed from Canada to the United States through what I allege was an illegal rendition disguised as an extradition. RCMP Officer Joe Kispal is named on U.S. Department of Justice paperwork as the RCMP liaison. I was returned to Canada, imprisoned in Windsor Jail for 18 months, assaulted, and contracted MRSA due to medical neglect.

Since then I have filed complaints, motions, mandamus applications, subpoenas, habeas corpus applications, and judicial review applications across Canadian and U.S. institutions. The consistent response has been not rejection but **silence**.
