THE IRONY

On July 1, 2026 — Canada Day — five additional evidence pages were published to the permanent public record. Between them, the victim-funds-v2 blast (July 5), the notify-the-engaged blast (July 5), the Poilievre demand-letter notify (July 5), the JCCF evidence package (July 5), the Phase 3 victim services exposure (June 25), the Tier 2 Inner Rats (June 25), the Surgical Strike Tier 0 (June 25), the prior waves in May/June, and the original Receipt of Silence distribution — one person has done what is supposed to be the job of a hundred.

The bodies listed on this page are the bodies that have the statutory mandate, the public funding, the public trust, the press credentials, the bench, the bar, the badge, the brief, the bench, and the inbox to engage with a Canadian citizen who has documented, hashed, time-stamped, recorded (one-party-consent, s.184 Criminal Code), and published evidence of a four-and-a-half-year wrongful prosecution at 189% above the Jordan ceiling.

What follows is what they have done with it.

The mandate question. Every entity below has a public mandate that includes the kind of work the evidence in this case demands. Press: the public's right to know. Civil liberties organizations: defending Charter rights. Lawyers: representing the wrongfully accused. Courts: providing remedy. Police: investigating crime. Crown: prosecuting crime. Watchdogs: oversight of police, courts, government. MPs, MPPs, ministers: constituent service and legislative remedy. UN bodies: international human-rights monitoring. Every one of these entities is funded, in whole or in part, by the Canadian public to do exactly this work.

What follows is the public record of the work they have done with the formal notice they have received.

As of 13:30 UTC on July 5, 2026 — three entities have replied to the formal notice, and one has acknowledged receipt of a follow-up. Each reply is preserved verbatim and timestamped.

1. Guernica 37 Centre (San Francisco) — 2026-07-02

"Thank you for your email. I have forwarded your message to the relevant department. Kind regards, Administration | Guernica 37 Centre. Two Embarcadero Center - Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94111 USA"

Status: Acknowledged receipt, no substantive engagement, forwarded to "the relevant department" (a routing black hole).

2. Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) — 2026-07-05

"This is a confirmation that we have received your message. Reference #: NB-R3137. Subject: RE: THE IRONY — One Man vs. 1,000+ Entities — Receipt of Silence Vol. III. Thank you for reaching out to us at the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF). Please note that EFF Intake is closed from June 29, 2026 through July 3, 2026 and we will not be reading or responding to legal assistance requests during this time."

Status: Intake was closed for the holiday. Reply pending when intake reopens.

3. Czech Television (ČT) — 2026-07-05

"We hereby confirm that we have received your message in good order. All viewer feedback is processed in accordance with the Rules of Communication with Viewers of Czech Television. Audience center, Czech Television."

Status: Receipt acknowledged. Czech public broadcaster has the case on file.

4. Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) — 2026-07-05

"Hello Francesco, Please submit any possible cases through our web portal at this link: https://www.jccf.ca/get-help/. — Julian Benedict <[email protected]>"

Status: Case-routing acknowledged. Submission package prepared for upload to the JCCF web portal. The case-selection team has been given the public record to review under the standard 30-day case-selection window. The 30-day no-blast window remains in effect.

5. Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP — R2026-003703, R2026-005088, 2026-3441

Three active CRCC files. Two formal demand letters. Both unsigned by a named CRCC officer. The CRCC has issued directives to answer questions by dates, threatened "restrictions on how you may communicate," and threatened file closure — but no specific CRCC officer has signed the directives. The signed name on file is "Complaint Intake, Complaint Intake and Review Directorate" — a position title, not a person. The CRCC is on record as the only body that has explicitly threatened to close the case for non-response, while simultaneously stating it "cannot open attachments" — a procedural conflict that has been placed on the record.

Procedural challenge now on file: A federal complaint file cannot be administratively closed solely for an documented failure to provide information, when the complainant has (a) attempted to provide the information in the format the CRCC demanded, (b) repeatedly asked the CRCC for a physical intake address for the evidence the CRCC claims it cannot open, and (c) has the canary-confirmed documentary record showing the CRCC servers received the materials.

Response status (July 5, 2026): 5-page focused, signed, dated response to R2026-003703 prepared and saved to /home/atlas/halo/PDFs/CRCC_RESPONSE_2026-07-05_R2026-003703.pdf for delivery via email ([email protected]) and fax (613-952-8045). The response names 4 specific RCMP members (Officer Joe Kispal, Staff Sergeant Morton, RCMP NHQ, RCMP Central Region Toronto Dispatch), cites the recorded 28:54 telephone call, the bounced [email protected] address, and the canary token log. Per the CRCC's directive, no further unsolicited communication will be sent to the CRCC for 30 days.

"The CRCC is in receipt of your email dated June 22, 2026. While it is not the intention of the CRCC to prevent you from lodging complaints against members of the RCMP, the volume and repetitive nature of your emails which lack clear details have been unproductive for both you and CRCC staff. As such, it is requested that you please refrain from sending multiple emails and that any future complaint submissions/emails only focus on documented misconduct by RCMP members. ... Please provide a response to the questions only by July 3, 2026."

Status: Three CRCC files are now active. Response template prepared, focused exclusively on RCMP member misconduct as the CRCC's mandate requires. Future CRCC communications will be limited to one per 30 days per the CRCC's request.

This is the number. This is what the silence costs. This is the answer to every follow-up email that was never written, every call that was never made, every file that was never opened, every duty that was never discharged. One man sent 1,000+ emails into the void; the void has not answered.

1. Send logs (proof of contact): Every Brevo API call, every email sent, every message ID, every timestamp — captured in JSON logs at denialbydesign.org/canary-log and the file system at /home/atlas/halo/PDFs/. 24 log files, totalling 868 unique (recipient, campaign) pairs.
2. Engagement (proof of notice): Every open, every click, every proxy load, every bounce, every block — pulled from Brevo's events API and exported to brevo_v2_events_export_20260705.csv. The CSV is timestamped and reproducible.
3. Replies (proof of response, or its absence): Every reply received via the contact form, via email, or via phone — captured and indexed. There is one reply on file: Guernica 37 Centre, an international justice NGO, who acknowledged receipt and forwarded the message to "the relevant department." No follow-up, no review, no engagement with the evidence.

The record is permanent. The cryptographic hashes are on the canary log. The 11 audio recordings are admissible under s.184 of the Criminal Code (one-party consent, Ontario jurisdiction). The 17 motions, the 4 MAG bounces, the 66 days of Global Affairs silence, the 27 Premier emails, the 2.5 hours of unexplained chamber time, the 4.5 years at 189% above the Jordan ceiling — all of it is on the record, hashed, timestamped, and publicly available.
