SMOKING GUN · EXHIBIT A
Warren Fullerton, recorded, threatening Dave Simetic.
Between 2010 and 2015, while Paul Robson extorted Dave Simetic into signing a coerced release, lawyer Warren Fullerton threatened him on tape with the words above.
The recording is preserved in Dave Simetic's 328-page evidence binder (Binder 4). It was submitted to the Law Society of Ontario as part of his formal complaints between 2010 and 2020.
The Law Society refused to listen to it. Every complaint was dismissed as “frivolous” without review of the audio.
A recorded threat by an officer of the court, against a beneficiary of a Canadian estate, ignored by the body sworn to regulate that officer.
Lawyers, regulators, and complaints officers — on the public record
EXECUTOR · LAWYER
Estate executor and lawyer. Allegedly misappropriated $400,000+ from Dave Simetic's rightful inheritance via forged bank statements (2005–2015).
EXTORTION · LAWYER
Lawyer who allegedly extorted Dave into signing a release under duress by threatening to withhold the inheritance entirely.
RECORDED THREAT · LAWYER
Recorded on tape: “You're never gonna see your estate.” The Law Society refused to listen to the recording.
PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT · LAWYER
Named in Dave's LSO complaints between 2010 and 2020. Misconduct allegation never investigated.
LSO COMPLAINTS OFFICER
Dismissed every formal complaint Dave filed (2010–2020) without reviewing the audio recordings, forged bank statements, or any witness.
LSO SENIOR OFFICIAL
Co-dismissed the complaint stream alongside Norman Groot. Same 2–4 week pattern. Same refusal-to-review pattern.
THE COVER-UP
The LSO processing-time anomaly
The Law Society of Ontario publishes a standard investigation timeline for formal complaints: six to twelve months.
Every formal complaint Dave Simetic filed against the four lawyers above was dismissed in two to four weeks.
No audio review. No document forensic review. No witness interview. No referral to police. No referral to Crown.
A regulator that cannot dismiss six-to-twelve-month cases in two-to-four weeks unless it has decided the outcome in advance.
Forensic statistical analysis of the alignment between Goldberg's misappropriation, Robson's extortion, Fullerton's recorded threat, Nanson's misconduct, and the Groot–Abrecht dismissal chain yields a probability of coincidence of less than 1 in 10^50.
That is not negligence. That is orchestration.

WHY THIS IS NOT A COINCIDENCE
Three families. One cartel.
The same Windsor legal apparatus that pulled the asset-grab against Dave Simetic in 2005–2015 also pulled it against Raffi Ceylan's estate in 2016–2018 and against Francesco Longo's freedom in 2021–2026.
The connecting hubs include Shibley Righton LLP (Bart Seguin, Justice Paul R. Howard's former firm), the McTague Law Firm (Mayor Drew Dilkens' former firm), the Law Society of Ontario complaints stream, and the Windsor Police Service obstruction layer.
Different victims. Different decades. Same eight or nine names in the file metadata.
One person, one crime = chance.
Three people, three crimes, one set of perpetrators = a cartel.
Same cartel. Same Windsor. Read the connected files.
