FAKE VICTIMS

Victim Services Ontario clicked this evidence 157 times. Then they did nothing. Legal Aid Ontario called to offer "help" — the same Legal Aid that denied representation while the harm was happening. The money meant for victims went somewhere. It didn't go to victims.

Step 1: Windsor Police arrest Francesco Longo on a fake Kijiji sting (May 2021). The arrest warrant was void — the 2005 FBI predicate was a proven forgery.

Step 2: Clone his phone (226-350-6399). Create a parallel digital identity. Route it through Freedom Mobile Toronto IP 208.98.222.x to manufacture fake "probable cause" for 21 years of surveillance.

Step 3: Deny him Legal Aid. Deny him Victim Services. Deny him a lawyer. Leave him legally destitute while the machine grinds.

Step 4: After he builds the entire case himself — 173 Smoking Guns, 11 courts in default, $18.9T judicial default — then Legal Aid calls to offer "help." Not to represent him. To control the narrative.

Step 5: The money allocated for victims of crime in Ontario? It went to the agencies who created the victims. FSRA knew about the $707K forged will fraud and did nothing. Victim Services clicked 157 times and did nothing. Windsor Police blocked the evidence 35 times.

s.122 CRC: Every official who, in connection with their duties, commits a fraud or breach of trust is guilty of an indictable offence.

s.139(1) CCC: Every one who wilfully attempts to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice is guilty of an indictable offence.

s.467.1 CCC: A criminal organization is three or more persons collaborating to commit serious offences for material benefit.

s.504 CCC: Any person who has reasonable grounds to believe an indictable offence has been committed may lay an information.

Every single agency above had actual knowledge. Every single one did nothing. That is not negligence. That is complicity.

On June 27, 2026, Legal Aid Ontario called Francesco Longo to offer legal representation.

This is the same Legal Aid Ontario that denied him representation for 21 years while:
- Windsor Police used a void warrant to arrest him
- The RCMP fabricated his CPIC record
- A $707,000 will was forged with the deceased's signature
- 11 courts refused to rule on the evidence

They didn't call to help. They called because the case exploded and they need to control the narrative.

When lawyers participate in the cover-up — by failing to report judicial crimes, by denying aid to victims of state persecution, by actively blocking evidence — the LSO does nothing. The LSO exists to protect the profession, not the public. In this case, they protected the profession by letting the crimes continue.

Windsor Police Service — 0 clicks on evidence. 35 blocks. They didn't just ignore the evidence — they actively prevented it from reaching them. Every hour WPS spent blocking this evidence was an hour of taxpayer-funded obstruction of justice.

RCMP — 921 clicks on evidence of their own CPIC fabrication. They read the proof that they manufactured a criminal record. Then they did nothing. Every salary dollar paid to the officers who clicked and stayed silent is stolen from Canadians.

FSRA — 1,012 clicks on evidence of a $707,000 forged will fraud. The financial regulator read the proof that a senior's estate was looted. Then they did nothing. This is not just regulatory failure — it is complicity in financial crime using public office.

Every agency listed above is funded by Canadian taxpayers.
Every agency used those tax dollars to suppress evidence of crimes against a Canadian citizen.
The fake victims got the money. The real victim got the bill.
