Lucy Ceylan (legal name Bercuhi Ceylan), mother of Raffi Ceylan (1973–2016), spent ten years preserving and forwarding the documentary record of her son's suspicious death and the estate fraud that followed. These exhibits — 159 files, 202 MB total — were extracted by direct authenticated IMAP fetch from Francesco Longo's Gmail account on 27 May 2026. Every file came from one of Lucy's two known addresses ([email protected] or legacy [email protected]). The chain of custody is preserved in the IMAP UIDs embedded in the filenames. 16SA198 MQ is consistent with a routing through the Ontario Centre for Forensic Sciences or the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service — both of which appear in the BCSC affidavit as named defendants.This document is a clinical genetics report on Raffi Ceylan from the period when he was alive. It is NOT a coroner's report, NOT an autopsy, and NOT a forensic pathology determination of cause of death. We are presenting it here because (a) it was emailed by Raffi's mother to the family's representative and is therefore part of the family record, (b) it identifies two new actors (Dr. Kris Cunningham as ordering physician, and "MQ" as the submitter identifier consistent with Dr. Martin Queen), (c) it establishes that Raffi was under active cardiac investigation 5 months before his death, and (d) it shows the genetic workup was inconclusive — leaving exogenous causes (such as poisoning) as the unexcluded alternative explanation for any subsequent cardiac arrest. Medical-privacy considerations are addressed by the family-consent basis: Raffi is deceased, his mother (Bercuhi/Lucy Ceylan, named here as the source) has voluntarily provided the document to the family's representative for use in pursuing the family's civil and criminal interests in his death.

The MP3 calls below — late February 2026 — cover her push to make complaints against Paul Esco (LAO lawyer assigned to Armin Ceylan), the Windsor Courthouse, and the Crown Office (Ashley Dale). All recorded under Ontario one-party consent law.
